Shipping & payment conditions
| Delivery to UK: Sorry to say, but with BREXIT, the administrative effort for the export of goods and their delivery to customers in the UK becomes disproportionately large for us. Therefore we are no longer accepting orders from the UK. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Modes of dispatch and shipment charges: We ship insured by DPD or optionally by UPS. (When choosing the shipping method, please take into account that recently there have been problems from time to time with DPD picking up the packages. This delayed the shipment then at least one day) DPD-Shipment charges within Germany: We are currently refraining from passing on the latest increase in shipping costs and will continue to charge 5.50 euros per order. Should future decisions by the German government result in further increases in shipping costs by the service providers, we will - as sorry as we are - have to pass these on to you (our customers). DPD-Shipment charges outside Germany:
UPS-Shipment charges within Germany: For each order we charge 7,50 Euro shipment charges at present. UPS-Shipment charges outside Germany:
Please ask for the shipment charges to other countries when or before you send your order. For deliveries to non-EU countries additional duties and fees may apply. Please check before placing an order with the authorities in each country. Shipping by DHL or UPS is possible in exceptional cases, these services are, according to experience, more expencive than the above shipping costs and can be requested separately. Methods of payment: Only prepayment - as debit (Germany) or Paypal Delivery times: Products, which are available at the camp, usually receive you within 2 working-days (Germany) starting from order and receipt of payment . Articles, which have to be made (leather Fresh etc..) usually receive within 4 working-days starting from order. |
