| Delivery to UK: Sorry to say, but with BREXIT, the administrative effort for the export of goods and their delivery to customers in the UK becomes disproportionately large for us. Therefore we are no longer accepting orders from the UK. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Delivery: We currently only offer insured delivery via DPD. Although we can still dispatch via UPS and DHL on request and only in exceptional cases, we no longer offer these options at checkout. In such exceptional cases, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will actually be dispatched on the following working day. Please ensure you clarify any such ‘special dispatch’ with us before placing your order. Delivery timing: As a small online shop, we have to book the collection of DPD parcels by 5.00 pm the day before. If an order is placed after 5.00 pm and we haven’t already arranged collection for other orders, we can only process the collection on the following working day and arDelivery times: As a small online shop, we have to book the collection of DPD parcels by 5.00 pm the day before. Unless the collection of parcels has already been ‘booked’ for other orders, this means for you: If a dispatch label is created by 5.00 pm, you can expect your parcel to be collected from us by DPD on the following working day (excluding Saturdays). If dispatch is booked after 5.00 pm, collection will take place on the working day after next (excluding Saturdays). The exception to this is for shipping labels created between 5.00 pm on Friday and 5.00 pm on Sunday. In this case, collection will take place on Monday. DPD-Shipment charges within Germany: We are currently refraining from passing on the latest increase in shipping costs and will continue to charge 6,30 euros per order. Should future decisions by the German government result in further increases in shipping costs by the service providers, we will - as sorry as we are - have to pass these on to you (our customers). UPS and DHL delivery charges are available on request and only in exceptional cases Countries not listed: Please enquire about delivery charges for countries not listed here before placing your order. Please note that delivery may be complicated by customs formalities. Any national duties, customs charges and fees levied upon crossing the border are not included in the item prices or in the stated shipping costs and must be borne by the customer. Shipping via DHL and UPS is possible in exceptional cases; however, experience shows that the costs for this exceed the above-mentioned DPD shipping costs and can be requested separately. *When ordering components for exhaust systems, additional freight costs may apply due to size and weight; we will automatically inform you of these by email upon receipt of your order, or separately upon prior enquiry via our contact form or by email. (Please do NOT make any payment before you have received this information from us.) Please ask for the shipment charges to other countries when or before you send your order. For deliveries to non-EU countries additional duties and fees may apply. Please check before placing an order with the authorities in each country. Shipping by DHL or UPS is possible in exceptional cases, these services are, according to experience, more expencive than the above shipping costs and can be requested separately. Methods of payment: Only prepayment - as debit (Germany) or Paypal Delivery times: Products, which are available at the camp, usually receive you within 2 working-days (Germany) starting from order and receipt of payment . Articles, which have to be made (leather Fresh etc..) usually receive within 4 working-days starting from order. |
